Not sapphire but blaupunkt prices on this list. Probably comparable .This was 1966 prices. Looks like around $100. Around $1000 in todays money.

I have the sticker for my 1970 sedan, and AM Sapphire radio for it was $80.

For my 1971, it had an AM/FM (mono) radio originally, was more than $80 but I'm not digging through all the papers...

I think the dealers were free to charge whatever they felt they could get. I expect there was different pricing for different parts of the country. My '67 has a dealer installed Blaupunkt Frankfurt. $78.54 in Portland Or in 1967.
