I installed a new nose and rear end. these are not provided with holes for the bumper supports. Does anyone have any measurements or tips on how to get the holes in the right place?

Grab a piece of flat bar, dimentions close to bumper support - 30 x 4 cm. Slide it inside on the body where the bumper support mounts to the body and mark the points where it touch the body, drill 2 holes (upper and lower) from inside out. Now you have the position of the holes. The size can be determined by the rubber seals that slides over the bumper support and seal it against the body.

This is probably the only dimensioned drawing for the Ghia. Front bumper is 24˚ from the bottom of the front wheels. Rear bumper... but looks like it takes the centreline of the rear wheel, but that's just a guess.

Had the same issue when I was restoring my wife's 69 KG. Some measurements are noted in my restoration thread starting on page 3.

Hope this helps.

Hopefully these images help. I measured the width from the edge of the hole to the seam in the rear apron.

I already bought the rubbers that are around the openings and if I take these dimensions, they are indeed 2 cm wide and 7 cm high. thank you for the pictures!

for the height of the front bumper supports I found in these photos on my phone...
