Someone made a cool diagram of the WBX, showing the firing order, engine rotation, timing info and a couple other things useful on the side of the road. Anyone have a link to it? If I recall correctly, it showed a line drawing view of the engine from above, identifying cylinder #1, etc.

I wanted to print and laminate a copy and attach it to the top of the engine cover in a clear slip cover. Under the stress of a roadside breakdown, that info can be important. I was going to add routine engine info like NAPA part numbers for belts, oil filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter and a bunch of other stuff for a quick reference guide.

Thanks!

MODERATOR NOTE: The images below showing the Distributor rotation as counter clockwise is WRONG!!!!!

When the engine runs, the Distributor rotates Clockwise!

Is this it? I think I pulled it off of Ben's site.

True! The block looks gold anodized!!

Those are good ones. Seems like there was another with some other useful WBX trivia on it..?

I'm confused. MS shows an aircooled with the distributor turning anti-clockwise and Kamz shows it going clockwise.

Aircooled cars have the same firing order. That aircooled picture shows the crankshaft being turned backwards for some reason. The only time that makes sense to do is when you are adjusting the valves and you don't want to go from side to side but if you start on the 4/3 side rather than starting at the top of the firing order it isn't a issue.
