Pretty good! Sure hope the killer goes camping with it, rather than letting that Westy rot in his back yard.
Ironically, I damn near hit a neighbor yesterday in my own Westy! Idiot was jogging down the middle of the street, coming towards me; as I approached (slowing my speed to almost a crawl, not knowing what the heck he was doing), he veered to the right, directly into my path. He looked at me like I was the crazy one; after finally passing, he continued jogging out in the middle of the street... and this neighborhood has nice sidewalks! Hmm, maybe I should keep looking over my shoulder when I'm working in the front yard. _________________ 1986 Cabriolet: www.Cabby-Info.com

good film certainly had me involved. only thing i`d change would be the westy should have run the killer over when the driver was playing with the radio and then word up on the screen. if only everything in life was as instinctive as a vw.
would make a good commercial |

Found both the film and the creation of the need to make it, well, disturbing. I only kept watching because I thought something good or fun would happen. Disturbing. _________________ '09 2.5L Jetta 5 cylinder, 5 spd, super turbo, see thread in H2O Cooled Jetta, etc...

this should be on the MURDER site instead of the vanagon site..nice cinematography tho--wasnt worth enduring the murders just to see a westy...
I'm going to write a story about a father and his estranged son bonding while restoring a vanagon- with doggies and horses sticking thier heads in windows delivering wrenches and such--the horse can tow them back after the first run -amish hybrid |

thummmper I'd look at that. I'm sure old Mr Ed and Lassie could make a comeback for a Vanagon! _________________ '09 2.5L Jetta 5 cylinder, 5 spd, super turbo, see thread in H2O Cooled Jetta, etc...

How about this? a movie of a little town nestled in a lush pine forest with nothing but vanagons and a foggy past, shrouded with secrets......intertwined with a romantic comedy and maybe even a xmas story of homecoming--shit--this is a series-- Vanagon Valley. we could build a cast from guys like daisy [humor]and loogy and tencent and rsxr and well, everyone. especially ben--a canadian cooter with a scanner. sub-culture town with a costneresque "Postman" stylization. moose walking free and even a GL treehouse. {thats all theyre good for]
A ufo episode, or one van gets stolen, recovered and the orphaned teen thief is taken in as a resto apprentice. seems everyone is mechanically inclined here and are always argueing bout somethin... a little red green and prairie home companion to boot. then theres the vanagon 'space program' episode....
the wells fargo wagon epsde, the vacation epsde, where there are only vanagons,[a quirky consistency that runs throughout]
on and on-- ecocyclists, solar energy, a raw diner and musicians. utopia
then, an G4 is forced down at the local meadow airstrip and the occupant is thrust into town for lodging and services, only to be discovered as the grandson of nakamiro fuji, of fuji heavy industry. Laughs and wonderment create a learning experience for all until the arrival of frederich volger, lost with a broken gps, on his way to an american market wolfsburg summit meeting, [his routan mysteriously dies just outside of town] is enchanted with this brigadoonish town of his uncles pet project, the t3. using the town as his confessor, tries to explain why the waterboxer got designed poorly and asks for humanitys forgiveness.
of course we forgive him, and all the dogs in town lick him in the street, stopping traffic. [helicopter shot pulls away]

The idea of a UFO full of touring aliens DISGUISED as a Vanagon is... rather obvious. Imagine the scene where they blunder into a VW event and get mobbed by our types wanting to see and help them with their van...

| What happened to good old SUSPENSE in horror movies. This is just blood letting. The guy with the barbed wire necklace had a nice van though. |

Well, there goes 13 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
Nice cinematography but what really was the point? In this day and age isn't there enough of this in real life? _________________ Currently:
