There is a white wall paint that comes from Norway, I believe.

Also, a tire with a small white line, usually has a huge white area that can be exposed. There are company's that do this.

Also, look on line, there are specialty white wall companies too.

I know about this non sense because my other car life revolves around old stuff like this....

I think Hankook has one in the larger size
like 205/75/R14. It's 6 plies two steel and 4 polyester.
Unsure if the reference on the tire is to sidewalls.
Check them out.

I saw these recently on a 78 rabbit with 16in steelies. It looked really nice. Didn't think I would be a fan.

Put some normal windshield wipers on that, and round headlights, and I'd roll it! It looks very clean.
