Save the date!
Syncro Solstice 2024
Arrive Thursday May 30, 2024
Depart Sunday June 2, 2024
Lone Mesa CG Canyonlands, Moab, Utah
Ad hoc trail rides Friday and Saturday as usual. (and Thursday for early arrivals!)
We typically provide some meals with the event and that will be detailed in the registration. Johnny will post registration details in the spring.
We are limited by the BLM to 50 buses and this event usually fills up.
I have personally reserved group site D for any that want to arrive on Wednesday and/or leave on Monday. Contact me for details. This is not part of the Syncro Solstice registration. We will share the cost for the group site among those that are present for the extra day or two. Expect about $15 to $30 per night per bus.

PS for those that were at SS 12 in 2023 the T-shirts will be mailed out in a while. We are having supply chain issues from hell.

I wouldn't miss being with my Volkswagen Friends!
If you have never been to the Syncro Solstice, you really need to put this on your to do list. There is so much knowledge to be had about these wonderful German engineered vehicles all in one place.
Plus we have so much fun together.

We missed last year.....
Got my personal van done the day of departure, then broke down 100 miles out of town....
Not gonna miss this one! See you all there.
I'll try to wrangle anyone in Colorado to caravan out there. Joe will help with this I'm sure.

Wanna win yourself a Syncro Solstice sweatshirt, t-shirt, entry to any Syncro Solstice event of your choice - and mad Transporter respect?
Simply submit artwork you have created - we’ll put it on all our gear for this year’s event, and make you (more) famous.
- concept and art should be VW Transporter related - otherwise, make it yours!
- the shirts will have a front and back. You can do any combination of logo and artwork.
- you can stick to 7 colors and under, or you can do a full color with no restrictions
- articulable concept and partial artwork due by March 1st
- if your concept and art is selected, completed art due by April 1st.
- depending on the design (and logo), we may create other merch such as sweatshirts, frisbees, etc
If you intend to submit - drop us a line here and let us know. And feel free to reach out with any ideas if you want to toss around concepts before diving in.
It is possible we will select more than one concept - in which case we will deliver multiple prizes. Honorable mentions will also receive a free shirt - the Syncro Solstice committee will decide on artwork.
Good luck - we’ll see you in the desert in May! Registration opens late February.
