Revolutionary New U-Shape Lever Roller Ball Design put's an end to the old floppy roller ball.

All single lever roller ball designs offered today are now obsolete technology. The side load friction generated from the carburetor return spring and the foot pressure applied to the left side of the single lever roller ball at acceleration puts a twisting motion to all single lever designs against the throttle lever support guides. The bigger the carburetors, the heavier return springs are also needed and that means more side load friction. Shimming or putting a washer or spacer between the lever and lever supports does not stop the friction at these points. The New U-Shape lever Roller Ball design has no friction as its contact points are revolving around a longer shaft and do not need the pedal assembly support guides to hold the New U-Shape Lever Roller Ball alignment.
Upgrading to this new design drastically improves throttle response and quick and smooth acceleration. No more floppy, sticky throttle.
The U-Shape Lever Roller Ball has also been realigned in relation to the throttle cable tube where previous roller pedal designs have the throttle cable bending away from the throttle cable tube and that added side load pressure cause cable failure. This adjustment in roller pedal design allows the throttle cable to move in a straight line into the throttle tube with less friction and wear on the throttle cable.

There is now an option to switch back to the Flat Pedal. The Flat Pedal holding bracket that mounts to the pans may have been removed for the roller ball. A new pedal bracket is been made to accommodate the switch over. Check out the Speed Ball Kit 1 on site.
