On this morning's BBC news, they were interviewing Kevin Sinfield (ex Rugby League player, now Rugby Union coach), about his 7-in-7-in-7 charity ultramarathon to provide funding for research in to Motor Neurone Disease*
He was in the Foyer at Brighton College School of Science and Sport. And in the background...
Beats the shit out of the school I went to.
I googled the MOT history for both and they are legitimate splitties, not fake shells made to be used for catering.
* MND claimed a family friend of ours. I can vouch for it being a fucking evil disease. More about Kevin's challenge here https://fundraising.mndassociation.org/event/7-in-7-challenge/home _________________ Andy

Sienna Miller drove an orange 1972 VW sedan in "Mysteries of Pittsburgh". I couldn't locate a photo, and I do not recommend this film. _________________ 1970 VW (owned since 1972) and 1971 VW Convertible (owned since 1976), second owner of each. How about a Ghia Coupe-inspired sports car, TV show "Speed Racer" episode 7 "The race against the Mammoth Car" (1967):
And to save this post with real Ghias, here's a light blue Coupe in parking lot, TV show "Starsky and Hutch", season 1 episode 15 "The hostages" (1976).
Medium blue Ghia in background, a few moments later in the same episode. Guest star John Ritter is in the bottom shot as an armored truck driver. |

I was thinking, because of how hot it gets here, about putting white upholstery in my Yukon Yellow convertible. Maybe not. _________________ Brian

Empire State, 2013. Liam Hensworth and Dwayne The Rock Johnson. Terrible movie. Spotted by Mrs. Fish. I've converted another.
