This is our bug in Belgium. My boyfriend, Sander dropped the front end with lowered spindles, and adjusted the rear suspension height.

In may 2008 a Peugeot ran into my bug:

Dig the wheels and that photo of the crunched up panels infront of the repaired bug.

Love Das Kraut Look KeverCop, simple, clean and mean! Twisted Evil

Did you have to narrow the front or rear to get the wheels to tuck?

Tnx!!
Once the rebuilt was done, we thougt the car came out awesome!
During the job we kept the "3 color rule" in our heads, which means the car has only white, anthracite and black. Any extra color would have made it "A Mickey-mouse mobile".

Nope,
Frontbeam is only lowered, width is original.
We even had to use spacers (20mm) on the 7J (ET55) rims.

At the back we had to use 40mm spacers, (rims are 8J, ET70) clearance between the springplate-bolts is minimum, but enough to keep 'em rolling.

And all fenders are stock!!
