I sent an email to [email protected] on Friday asking him to resolve this and/or respond.
Since it's new year's, I was giving him some time to respond before taking action.
It's best not to rely on me seeing posts in the Forums - Email me directly. |

| It just seem so idiotic to jeopardize and subsequently sabotage his entire business after all his efforts and investment for the lousy amount of $400.00 that he ripped off from the buyer...this is beyond repair even if he pays-up. The least he could do is return the money for his own conscience. We all know that he's been reading this thread too and is well aware that there is no such excuse that he can formulate to change people's view towards him now. Karma will always prevail... |

Good to hear from you Randee. I wonder if you'd mind just giving your friend $400 and asking him to paypal it back to me. When's it gonna happen Randee?
Email tag?? How does that work?
...and Randee, your ad says you have Paypal. You make it sound like I asked to use Paypal and you did me a favour. |

| You can see how frustrating it is. He makes a statement or sends an email on very rare occasions, and just when you think he's addressing the issue, you realise he's just given himself more time, 'cos you won't hear from him again for 2 months. |

| pretty piss poor business sense- if you are selling an item, and someone pays for said item then ship the said item or refund the paid money. it's really pretty simple.. |

that pretty much hits the nail on the head.
my guess is 400.00 minus the 4% =384.00
384.00 paypaled back =368.64
my guess is you will get close to this back when you get your money (i do think you will get it) |

He should be able to do refund on the original transaction in paypal. This refunds all fees. |

This is true, all fee's are refunded. When original transaction can be refunded through Paypal. Nobody loses on Paypal fee's :idea :!:
But you only have 60 days to refund payment from original transaction, and this has past the 60 day period  |

For whatever the reason Randee was not able/wiliing to sell him anything. It's not the buyers fault that the seller can't or won't uphold his end. If anything, the buyer should get back his full deposit, plus 20% for all the long, drawn-out crap he's had to put up with (so far). In business, when a customer leaves a deposit, that is not your money until the deal is closed out, and the goods delivered/accepted. So...... why should this buyer lose even one thin dime?. :? |

| I agree Dave. I wasn't informed that I would have to cover the fee. I paid $400 in good faith. Sellers advise if they expect the fee to be paid. |

| Brad, Is the seller now communicating with you, or still playing "email tag"? |
