On ignition switch #3 last one lasted about 2 years 😒 ordered two more and each was different from the same website.

Upgraded the shifter, the way this shifter functions automatically going back to the 1-2 gate when shifting makes driving much more enjoyable.

Yea for sure, I was kind of in a hurry to get the shifter in as I have been using the bus for driving back and forth to work everyday. I would eventually prefer a carpet mat from Sewfine someday in the future. I'm going to try to straighten up the access hole that was cut in the factory mat so it lays flat again.

Na, this bus is fly. Just looks like the mat was hacked a bit, tightening that up, would really set it off.

Hah yea I had to adjust the shifter more times than I could count, when we got it back from the shop it was fine but every now and then we couldnt hit 3-2 downshift or get it into 1st. We finally ended up cutting a hole so if it ever happened in rush hour traffic again I could loosten the 13mm up just enough to hit the gear and get out of the way without pulling off to the side of the road and pulling the whole floormat out to access the two bolts and shift plate.

With the new shifter it has no issues with any of the gears and doesnt require realligning the shift plate every few years anymore.

Day in the shop, such a nice spot to work on the bus during the heat of the summer. The Doosan orange almost matches the bus paint.

Nice sized shop! You could do a lot of work in there. It must be handy in the Winter too. Have you done your trip up to BC and Alberta yet, or sometime this summer?
