This brochure is about a glass-transporter conversion from West-Germany. It was done by a company named 'Hegla'. The brochure is not dated. On the site of Hegla I read the company was founded in 1976. Looking at the vehicles in the brochure I'd say it could be from the 1976-1979 period.
