Petri "banjo" wheel. The horn ring even has the electrical adapter to flash the headlights. So now, it's multi-control just as it was intended to be. Push the horn ring and the horn honks, push the center button the headlights flash.

Here's a comparison shot of early (1953-55) & late (1956-60)36hp Hazet tool kits. Besides the large spanner wrench being different, so are the shape & stampings for the large & small pliers. But they're both 100% correct.

Pictured here is a pair of early popouts for 1950-55 Beetles. The glass even has the large SEKURIT lettering. They feature solid aluminum framing, piano hinges & large Ivory knobs unlike the regular Pre '64 popouts you see too often.
