| For wibaja this is the tool I made I used hi tencile steel eg 4140 , the pin slips in the screw and you need a few different lengths to change as the pin comes out I used metric threads but UNF will be ok , the pins only come out one way as thay have a knurl on one end. standard hinge pins are 8mm dia so I reamed mine out to 8.3 dia and made oversize pins to suit |
