This is my original 1940 kuebelwagen.
Sure I have the 4 doors, whoever, I like to drive this way around.
HISTORY
This car was actually driven by the Rommel Troops in Africa
during WW2 Story: 1948 It was discovered in the Sahara Desert by a Greek, Mr. Zaflokis who
assembled it from two cars: Wheel - and under carriage was built in 1940 and the body in 1944 1952
A German priest from Neustadt an der Weinstrasse bought the car and drove it in Germany for 2
years. 1954 The next owner, Mr. Biffar, the owner of the Castle Schloss Saaleck in Germany used
the car as light tractor for his properties around his castle. 1959 I bought the car and moved to the United States in 1977 and took the car with me.
The car is in a good driving condition and has an antique license plate from Alabama. |
