Makes adjusting the driver side Kadron easier in a bus. Weld a 5/16" socket to a thin screw driver(i had a cracked socket and a bent screwdriver). Set the socket on the screwdriver so that when the blade is in the slot of the adj. screw the socket fits around the outside of the adj. screw and holds the screwdriver in place. Weld it on in that position.
