Popular TV show "The six million dollar man", season 2 episode 18 from 1975 named "The E.S.P. Spy". Colonel Steve Austin (Lee Majors) is attacked by antagonists in a parking garage. The '67 Beetle Karmann Cabrio is innocently parked-

Austin is pushed against, and held down on the hood of the Beetle. He uses his bionic super-strength arms to pull the hood off the Beetle; a poorly lit shot shows how the hood hinges are broken off near the attachment flange. He whirls the hood around, knocking both guys down.

Same guy and Bus I recently saw on a BBC News program "Van life: Freedom on four wheels". He and the show host attempted to drive from GB to Wolfsburg but the bus did not even make it to the British coast... The engine broke down; appeared to be a watercooled VW transplant. I took several screen shots from that show which I'll prep and post here soon.
