It means you need to take a picture of yours!
seriously - I think it means this:
P= Accelerator Pump
I= Down-Draft
C= single casting
T= electric choke
FYI - from the Samba's technical archives, here's a page from a very old Solex manual that lists some of their letter codes.

Man, I never would of thunk that. None of the letters stands for anything that starts with that letter! Must be a German deal. Thanks, glutamodo. |

You're welcome. That's a very old publication though, and from South Africa, so I'm thinking some of the abbreviations got changed or were different later on. I know of Solex carbs like the PSDIT and SEIE, which don't quite seem to fit those codes very well. But I'm pretty sure the meaning of PICT is correct.
