Brake booster elbows strike again: Isn't it the #1 air leak ?
Sure that is your problem. When my Westy stalls at every stop ( no idling ), I know the right elbow has poped out again. Back on, everything is back all right. _________________ Stock 1974 US Westy, AW-A 1800cc dual carbs. Twin Falls is my favorite site on the Churchill river in Manitoba. |

Ha ha... when my motor races and the brakes go to manual, I know my LEFT elbow has popped out. I've got that fixed now. _________________ `

How come, my brakes don't go manual when my RIGHT elbow pops out ?
How did you fix it ? Did you find and cure the cause of the poping out ? _________________ Stock 1974 US Westy, AW-A 1800cc dual carbs. Twin Falls is my favorite site on the Churchill river in Manitoba. |
