vacuum leak problem solved

my 78 bay cranks then dies, fuel presure and pump are in great condition, afm resistance checks out, double relay checks out, i found this looking for a possible vacumm leak. it is the elbow at the brake booster line to the decel valve. could this be my probelm.

Brake booster elbows strike again: Isn't it the #1 air leak ?

Sure that is your problem. When my Westy stalls at every stop ( no idling ), I know the right elbow has poped out again. Back on, everything is back all right.

Ha ha... when my motor races and the brakes go to manual, I know my LEFT elbow has popped out. I've got that fixed now.

where can i get another one. busdepot are backordered. is the an altenate solution, like an on they fly fix. any ideas

How come, my brakes don't go manual when my RIGHT elbow pops out ?
How did you fix it ? Did you find and cure the cause of the poping out ?
