Only thing I need to really finish the car is the early small “Volkswagen” script for the rear hatch. Anyone have a lead? _________________ Go Reds! Smash state!

Dan, glad the square is now the un official shop wagen. Way more room than the ghia and you have a creampuff of a 63 ghia in case you need a date night style car. _________________ '68 Lotus White T34 automatic sunroof

Space and money often trump desire, and in this case I have to let this one go so I can have both for the ‘63 Notchback. If I didn’t have a double cab I’d keep it, but I can’t fit doors and dirty engines in the Squareback and I wouldn’t want to do that to it anyway. So it’s on BAT now.
What’s funny is the day it pop up an artist neighbor got inspired by the car and created a block print of it and dropped it off while I was tearing apart a pan for the Notch. This car just seems to resonate with people.
