How to stop rear wheel hop!

Wheel hop can be caused by a lot of things, but in my experience the list to look at should be:

Good gearbox mounts (I use the genuine HD grey)
Good spring plate bushes (standard is fine, just not worn out old ones)
Check the clutch cable bowden tube.

If you still get hop:

Mid mount for gearbox.
Kafer brace to improve frame horn support.
Some will suggest rear engine support, e.g. Berg traction bar, but these won't work on your buggy as they mount to the rear bumper bracket area on a beetle.

High psi in the rear tires can contribute, also.
Berg has a good mid mount solution.
