Pope's nose question.

Are there any differences in the shapes on early nose vs. late nose at the edge that meets the decklid? Or should a later as in this picture also fit tight to an early pre-49 decklid?

I thought the only difference was the rivets on the early ones. here's one for sale in classifieds to compare shape...

Thanks. Looking at that the shapes do look identical. Maybe the shape of the decklid is a bit off.. Got to look into it soon.
