I am looking for a good photo of the bulkhead cleanout cover. Found two photos but difficult to see the details. Also looks like it would fall out. What holds it in? I though I had a cover but now believe it was not original. Did the cover change over the years?

This one is claimed to be a 54 and I assume mine should look like this.
EDIT: Just thinking this is probably a commercial chassis and could be different to my bus that had an interior panel covering the opening

What I thought was the cover where it was found under my mat.

The plate on your floor looks correct to me. It’s just a flat piece of metal. Maybe 19g I forget. It would be the same for all bus/ truck models. Just painted the usual primer gray and slides into place.

I was interpreting one photo wrong. Looked to me like the cover had a tab bent out but was actually just the hole having a notch at the bottom.

It has all become clear to me now Smile
Thanks.

Adding this photo for reference in the thread as nearly all images in this thread are no longer available. This is from my 52. My cover is missing as well, but this image references the shape of the opening.
