Could be a nice van, a white '91 tintop that had a "small engine wire fire," since repaired. $2500 in SC.

Only at $280 with 4 days left.
White 1986 GL (tintop) with automatic. They claim it needs engine (and it might!). Apparently has 4 Mercedes wheels, 2 on it and 2 more inside.
California lien sale documents.
But I believe not any rust. A few scrapes/ creases.
Might be a good builder if getting a title is possible.

Looks like it took quite an impact in the front. If it bent that jack and the steel aftermarket bumper like that, it may have bent the frame as well
Looks like a very fun van, someone should call the number on the for sale sign and get the story.
In the old days it would have been a samba member for sure that owned it. |

Just saw Tyler's vanagone for sale, and it is a beaut. I just met him the other day and hope to be a disinterested 3rd party to help get this bus sold for him. It has all the bells and whistles from an instrument foil kit everything in between to the throttle kit on the motor. If your interested, in a like better than factory fresh unit, message me. Figure out the price with Tyler.

Here's a link to the Vancouver Craigslist showing a beautiful Dove blue 1987 Westfalia for CAD $20,000. For our American frineds, that's only $14,700 USD.
The mileage recorded is 214,641 kilometres. That's only 134,000 miles!!!
If I were in the market for a Westy 2WD, I would own that beauty by now.
