Buy Jeremy’s bar. You’ll be pleased. Get a set of magnetic tow lights (LED). Remember to remove the lower zerc fittings in the beam. Get a safety chain. _________________ Lead Mechanic: San Diego Air and Space Museum

Fortunately for we folks in the United Kingdom & Europe, we don't need to contemplate such questions, because it's ILLEGAL over here! _________________ Regards.

I'll second what Aeromech said and add that it's a work of art that's built like a tank.
Just received mine last week. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with and I think now he's adding the safety chains, as they were on mine.
And NASkeet, You have to have a wrecker tow them? _________________ 73 bus(Westfalia) first love and long gone :/

I grant that the illustrated towing configuration would not seem to be very sensible, but also notice, that of necessity, there is a driver in the towed BMW, who is there to apply the car's brakes.
Under NO circumstances, would one be allowed to tow on the public highway, an unbraked trailer with an overall permitted mass in excess of 750 kg; even if the towing vehicle were a heavy-weight lorry. _________________ Regards.
