IHello. Is the inner quarter panel (where it sits on top of the heater channel and joins the rear cross member) all single skin with just the reinforcement plate on the outer face? Mine has a double skin section towards the rear just after the 3/4" hole on the lower section that doesn't seem right. I'm not familiar with Beetles and this area has quite a few panels going on and this car has been messed around with something terrible! Thanks
