Pertronix 019 Ignitor 2

I am looking to convert my Bosch 019 distributor to the Pertronix Ignitor 2. I know Glenn says the standard Ignitor module is #1844 from searching here and I think the part number for the step up to Ignitor 2 adds a 9 to the part number so it should be #91844 which matches the Pertronix website but both part numbers say it is for 356 Porsche. Anyone know if the #91844 will work for my 019? Thanks.

91844 will fit a 019.

Both the Bosch VJ4BR9, VJ4BR18 and 0231 129 022 that are used in the Porsche 356 ad 912 use the same points and Pertronix as the Bosch Vj4BR8, VJ4BR25, 0231 129 010 and 0231 129 019 used in the VW.
