Good morning!
Got the bumpers this weekend (among other items). Only putting the front back on for now.
Couple questions from the peanut gallery:
1) Should I use Anti-Seize of LocTite when I bolt the front back on?
2) He gave me two front bumpers. One with lights (and heavier) and the other without (I got a rear bumper as well but not using it right now, going in the barn). What's the difference between them (besides the obvious) |

Guess if I would have looked a little closer, I would have seen one is steel and the other is aluminum |

The front bumper with lights would have been for rabbit cars/trucks without side markers in the fenders (up to 1980 rabbits/trucks, and Cabriolets up to 1987-ish).
Use antiseize on the bolts. _________________ Everybody born before 1975 has a story, good, bad, or indifferent, about a VW.
