Chris advertised a “NOS” New Old Stock, 914 Original door handle with one picture of the item, along with a picture ad of the item for sale from Stoddard’s Porsche’s website. I purchased the item with a personal check as I did not have Venmo. I received the item on 5/3/25. The received door handle had pitted chrome, corrosion on the back, the Allen screw and 10mm nut were not original and the washers were missing. The Allen screw was too long, and out of Ace Hardware. I emailed this person on 5/3/25, 5/4/25 & 5/5/25 without any response. When I emailed him through post I’d #2723536, within a short time, he took the post down and did not respond. I found his phone number and called on 5/5/25, until he answered. I described the problem. He claimed I got a deal, that the item was exactly as described, told me to “f” off and hung up. When I got to speak to him again, he was again in defense mode stating “NOS” meant the door lock keys were new and that I got a deal. He claimed he described the item accurately.That the item was worth more. That I should sell the item. He said it’s functional.He said that I was trying to get money off. I told him I don’t want the item and want to return it because it’s not what he advertised or what I paid for. He said No. I said work with me then, his reply was no, don’t call back. He hung up a second time.Buyer Beware as this guy misrepresents his product and will ignore your emails and slam the phone number when you call him on it. He immediately got angry on my first call and I could barely get a word in edgewise, same thing on the second call. He does not stand behind what he sells. I would not trust a vendor like this unless he takes PayPal. With a personal check or Venmo, you have no recourse, with PayPal you would have some recourse
You can clearly see the handle is not new.

This is post is supplementary showing the 914 door handle posting that lists the handle I bought from Chris P as “NOS”. Clearly the handle I received had numerous imperfections, including corrosion, bubbled chrome, non original Allen screw and nut. Please read prior negative feedback:
