|

Hi,
It's been some time from my last visit on this forum.
I have question about CB Perf. steel pushrods #1626, they are no longer listed in their catalog/website.
For what kind of application can they be used ?
I got them for very good price, unpacked.
Thnx,

They don't list them on their site. _________________ Glenn

An interesting thing happens in forums where everyone starts parroting the same thing and "common knowledge" takes over.
Most experts aren't. |

I could, it's not a problem, but usually I can find info much faster here on the forum.
If nobody answers, I will contact CB. _________________ 1970 VW 1300 Bug |

They were cheap “performance” rods. They sold them in a bunch of lengths that helped with flycut or different strokes. I had them and they were loud once the engine got hot.
Are yours assembled or cut to length? _________________ 1973 standard, yellow, lowered, 3” narrowed front, 1600 blo-thru turbo w/single dell 15.4@86, so far

Cut to length, with blank ends. _________________ 1970 VW 1300 Bug |

I've asked CB about these pushrods.
They said that they can be run with every cam that require std dual valve springs, but not with K800 springs.
So that's it... _________________ 1970 VW 1300 Bug |
