Has anyone had any experience with a Sig Erson 9000A Cam from about 1986? I cannot find much info on it other than one post here and one on STF.I also cannot find it in any Erson Catalogs.
The cam is stamped with:
Erson
9000 A
8148
106 This is Lobe Separation Angle
683
J

From what I have found it has:
.560 Lift with 1.4 rockers
322* Duration
106 LSA

I had it in one of the first engines I built (2017cc) and it was in the engine for less than a week. It barely looks broken in.
Let me know if you have any working experience with it and how was the 106 LSA.

At 320 duration, that has to be designed for a high RPM drag engine. A bit too much for a street engine, at least IMO.

Thanks Rob. Your old Ad for selling this cam was one of the only things I found about it. It's how I found out that a 900A was even made by Erson. The Erson stamping wasn't so clear on mine. Back then I thought I bought and Engle VZ grind and I guess the salesman suggested that one instead.
