I’m doing my research and see that my bus originally had a wooden interior roof panel. It came without any roof interior so I’m trying to decide what to put up there. Would anyone have the dimensions of the wood panel with dimensions for appropriate cut outs etc?

have a 70 but only the one above the driver is out right now. Im not an engineer so my measurements would be welder measurements not carpenter.

But I will say see if you have the little metal channels running down the sides of the bus above the windows. Thats what keep mine in. If you dont have that you probably dont have wood panels originally.

But they could probably easily be adapted to work.

I wont be making my new panels till my welding is done...and this was a Nebraska bus...so basically the lower 6" is bad...and Im dealing with the slider rocker at the moment.

Although it’s for a pop top, it might be useful for some measurements and instruction for how these install.

Bus looks good. Enjoy,
