Going From 195/65r15 to 215/70r15 - Will They Fit?

Yep, 215/70’s minimum rim width is 5.5”

My 8 spokes are 15 x 5.5 with 4.6" back spacing so I should be good if I do opt for the 215/70-15 tires. I just don't want to take too much of a hit in the engine department until I can upgrade my power plant

I'll get some pictures of my car with its 2 new rear shoes asap. Right now its got the 15 x 5.5 8 spokes in 195/65-15s in the rear and grossly mismatched 5 lug chromies with 165/15s in the front. There is a complete adjustable front beam with matching 8 spokes in 185/65-15s over on the side.
