I am subscribed to this you tube channel. They do impressive metal work. I had been noticing the yellow Vanagon in the background of their videos and left a comment they should document the build. I got my wish just a few minutes ago.

I have no affiliation with this shop, but enjoy all their projects. Cars that would have been crushed due to extensive rust are restored to as good as new using basic hand tools and bulk sheet metal.

OMG, what a nightmare. You got to love the plastic bags as filler!
With that much rot might be better to just strip everything off for parts and cut up the body.
Heroic work to bring it back!
