and it has not been available for years. You'll have to buy parts and make one.

I'll be honest, I'm pretty out of my element here. Would you be able to provide some guidance on what the constituent parts would be. My instinct would be use some lengths of reinforced silicon vacuum hose.

Give me some time and I will put together a parts list. It will require buying and then "kitbashing" (a model railroad term for buying a model rail car new and modifying it to meet your needs).
