Are there CVs available with more articulation to fit an 02 golf TDI?

Inner? Outer?

What’s going on with yours?

If this is about my old golf, here’s a few ideas.

The inners are effectively 100mm bus CVs, good for at least 17°, the outers have much more due to being on the turning end of the driveshaft.

There isn’t that much lift on your car to be problematic.

However, when I lifted it, I never did anything with the original driveshafts. Due to the limited amount of travel that the inner CVs see, they tend to wear a small indentation into the races that becomes an issue when they are introduced to a new arc. But I never had any issues with them making noise or vibrations (not to mention that it’s been a while since you got it.).

You mentioned that the flywheel was recently replaced, was the car having issues with driveshafts prior to this?

Also, the grease might have dried up & the CVs might need a good cleaning, inspection, & repack.
