Even if you don't use the sprayer but mostly just use the sink tap, every time you turn on the fresh water pump, the sprayer hose is pressurized with water and shvitzing all over the inside of the back panel. Don't just be lazy, slap some tape on it and call it good. I didn't do this one, but I could have given that I am lazy.

Better yet, get in there and remove it if you don’t use it! It is just a time bomb.

Yeah, that thought crossed my mind for sure. The only reasons I can see to keep/replace it are quick hose off at the beach (which I have not had the fun of using her for yet) and value (for some that want all the goodies working +++)

That's okay. If it hadn't rusted out the breaker for the cabin lights I would probably not have been motivated to open it up which led to upgrading the power converter, adding solar, adding an inverter, painting all the interior panels, and replacing all the old 12V lighting fixtures... I have to stop there. Next big Vanhilda adventure is one month out.
