I got the latest issue off their website and it arrived the next week. All good.

I ordered a back issue, Summer 2021. I ordered it on May 12th. There is something in the shipping area that references June 15th. I have tried numerous times emailing them with no answer.

Anybody have a for sure good email address that you know someone reads?

I guess I'm just out the money.

Dan

52 years with Hot VWs for me. I had no idea that there were aftermarket suppliers for these back then (I hadn't invented computer or Internet back then !)

When I bought new rubber parts for my 1971 VW Convertible decades ago, there were no instructions. I called the supplier, no help there. I could not find any other information, so I looked through ALL my old copies of Hot VWs, saw a couple detailing sedan window rubbers, nothing on convertibles. But I started an index of Tech articles using Excel (not racing articles) while doing this, and have kept that up-to-date.

zerotofifty - if you want a copy of that Excel index, private message me with your E-mail address.

Leadbetter hasn’t logged on here since November 2024. But, there maybe a way to contact him from his profile. I miss his spiked mullet!

I've contributed a couple of articles to them (actually on in the current issue) and I know from me trying to email them, there seems to be some issue with them getting emails even from me as a contributor.
If you have facebook, try messaging Dan directly there.
He's currently on a cross country roadtrip tour.

Yes, he is, and reaching him is quite iffy right now.. But he does check emails when he can, [email protected]

If you try just VW Trends without the magazine part, you will get nowhere
