| Mark is outstanding to buy from. Quick to email when answering questions, fast shipping, and packed perfectly. I n fact Mark goes above and beyond. When he realized the part was not correct for my VW he told me, keeping me from buying it from him. This is what makes this hobby fun to be part of, people are in it for the VW not just to make money |

He was very quick to respond to me and even when things didn’t go as planned he made it right (old vw parts can be a pain). Once I received items, everything was in placed and packed like a champ!!!  |

| Mark was great to work with. He took multiple pictures as I requested with no problems. He packed the items with great care and they were delivered undamaged. Would buy from him again. |

tl;dr - Mark's a good guy, I'd buy parts from him again.
I bought a very nice '55-'60 Beetle/Karmann Ghia hump gas tank from Mark. Reasonably priced, well described, cleaner inside than expected, surprisingly good shipping cost, sent out quickly. Communications with Mark before/during/after the transaction were excellent.
One of the shippers (Purolator in Canada, UPS in the US) managed to dent the tank on one end. I thought Mark's packing job was reasonable. In hindsight it can always be done better but it's hard with something like a gas tank. Claim filed, hopefully the shippers will give me some consideration for getting it repaired. No grudge held against Mark for this, we all know that shipping companies hire lots of apes. Pick up those big parts yourself when you can.

Just received a used early sunroof bow from Mark - great condition! Mark is a fantastic communicator. Fair pricing, sent me extra photos and shipped the next day. Doesn't get any better than that!
