| Its up and running and after just a few short drives i can tell that its going to be a lovely little motor. Its so smooth and seems to have plenty of torque. It also starts instantly when hot and doesn`t leak which is a first for me. |

Have you thought about having your intake manifold ends recast ..for the 36hp market??? |

As awesome as that idea sounds- if you saw the amount of custom work he's done to make those fit the already expensive Okrasa heads you'd see that the market would be *small*.
I'm sure a couple people would make them work, but the skill involved to create that setup is waaaay beyond the average person. _________________

| I really don`t think there is a market for getting these manifolds cast tbh. Its not only that but the tinware modification required might put people off plus some still think that this is not a good way to gain more power choosing the simpler route of twin carbs. |

Few little modifications, stock wheels with Firestone crossplys and made another bigger belt tensioner.

It's looking nice with the stock wheel setup ...
Have you thought about maybe installing a 40hp judson pulley single belt setup ..the 40hp single pulley would allow less strain on the crank than the dual 36belt system...judson realized that problem and went with a single belt .... |

Never thought about changing the pulleys etc tbh. I`ve always liked the twin belt set up, i tend to run the belts fairly loose.
Cheers |

Cheers for the interest. only done a few modifications over the last year or so. I restored a weber 32pci carb and fitted it after finding out that it has the same stud spacing as the original 29pci. The extra bore and venturi size has improved its breathing no end and noticed a change in power. I`ve been enjoying driving it, not very often but when i do its the smoothest ,quietest bug ive ever been in.

| I wonder what that 32 pci came from ..it looks differnt than any other solex 32 pci ..the 32 pci usually has a bigger accelerator pump this one looks to have a stock 28 pci one ...body looks a bit different too..... |

| Its a Weber 32pci. The solex 32pci will not fit on the judson housing because they have a wider bolt spacing. The Weber is an odd carb but it works great. |
