Nice Thing! Clean. Looks like a centrifugal-advance distributor, probably an 009. A classic "performance upgrade" but debateable if it does much good. If it works, leave it. If you notice a flat spot or hesitation on acceleration, most will suggest going back to a stock vacuum-advance distributor. You will want one that matches your carburetor.

Interesting carburetor adaptor/spacer. Not sure why it has that. If nothing else it leaves room for an alternator if you want to upgrade later on. Also interesting is the vacuum port? on the left side intake runner. I haven't seen that before. Glad it is capped off. Maybe someone else knows about that.
