The license plate of the Citroën 2CV shows 92, Departement Hauts de Seine, France. When it is its home, it's the district of Paris.

17-21 Quai Louis-Blériot, 16th arrondissement, Paris, France.

Designed by Charles Blanche for Alexandre Nozal in 1911, it still exists to this day, and a well-preserved example of Art Nouveau, with tinge neo-Gothic.

The town's VW dealer would've been just up the road (Rt 7), on the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Routes 4 & 7. Back in late '74 my dad had to stop in briefly during a ski trip to nearby Killington. TheSamba dealer listing shows the dealer was named Lindholm Motors. Its now Volkswagen of Rutland, and across the street from the location as in the 60's or '70's. The original VW dealer building is now the site of Oliver Subaru.
