BPH anyone?

I loathe the use of abbreviations which have not been previously defined in a document, or at the very least included in a glossary of terms!
If the following link is appropriate, then BPH is an abbreviation, for benign prostate hyperplasia (otherwise known as benign prostate enlargement), which i did NOT know, despite coming from a medical family.

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/enlarged-prostate/
I doubt whether it's a condition that is confined to 1968~79 VW Type 2 users; although it might be relatively common in men who have owned these vehicles from new! _________________ Regards.

Not exactly an ad, but a Bay feature used in a comic:

that VW Type 2 seems to be distorted and the right-hand rear wheel appears to be decidedly wonky! Is this yet another example of vehicles in the USA being unroadworthy, as a result of having no regular, mandatory roadworthiness inspection!?! _________________ Regards.
