My wife participated in an arts and crafts show today in our community. One of the stained glass pieces she created attracted a lot of attention from people young and old. I thought I would share it here with the samba people. Thanks

To iowegian, Everett, and cusser, my wife is humbled by your kindness and says she will try to me more accurate to the year when she does another one. I am suggesting a split window for the next one. Thanks bob

Zerotofifty that is some nice work, tedious too kind of like replacing the roof window seals on a 21 window.

I like that Bob's wife nailed the foggy windows on her stained glass project. _________________ I have learned over the years.

Rusty I think that was her way of showing what it was like to drive a bug in the winter in the northeast. She would drive with a blanket over her and a scraper on the seat to make short work of the ice on the INSIDE of the windshield. You probably have some experience with this cold weather bug phenomena in the Pacific northwest. She loved her yellow bug in spite of this shortcoming!

I did and fixed the problem with a Chinese diesel heater mounted in the trunk of the car. The windows only get foggy when they glass is really cold, once the heater starts doing it's job the windows clear in short order.
Plus, the car is nice and warm inside for long drives over the Coast range in the winter months. _________________ I have learned over the years.
