It´s hard to tell from the picture, but the blue on the rim is slightly darker than the body. It was hard to find a paint supplier that could mix the rim colors (kings blue and misty grey). But when you see the car irl with its correct rim colors it looks so much better than with gulf blue/pearl white rims.

You'll have to do like Bob does. Take a part, glove box door for example-that is the color you're after, clean it up real good, and carry it into the paint supply shop. The guy or gal can use a "prophet" machine to read the color and custom mix up your color or something Very close. Make sure you have them write down the formula! If you've read "Wolfie's" thread, you'll understand why.... but it's so they can easily make more of the same, should you need more later on.

I was able to find the color code paint in a line by BASF. It is called Limnco and is a single stage and it pretty nice paint. I was trying to get Glassurit but they banned the 22 series in my area. BASF makes Glasurit so this Limnco line is there bottom end paint, but it is a thousand times better than PPG Omni, or DuPont Nasson lines.

Do you guys have cross reference codes for Kings Blue and Misty Grey? The L392 and L393 are not in the system anymore.

Reviving this thread.
I recently shot the Limco Misty grey/Royal Blue and it’s a perfect match.
