From member Gary G. on the site:
They were a company located in Puyallup, Washington that made camper conversions for Bay Window buses. They had several different models some with the conventional pop top similar to the Riviera and a hard top version much like the Adventure wagon. They were quite popular in Washington state and the West Coast.

If anyone has any information or one of their campers, feel free to post!

I have been trying to figure out what camper conversion I have. It had the Riviera top but the interior was more Adventurewagen interior. Nothing seemed quite right. The “Recreational Vehicle” tag on the side has “WLC1” stamped on it.
This is it! Mystery solved. Thank you for posting.
I even had the toilet in between the front seats!
