Seriously? A go fund me for an ex-movie star who made crappy choices and lost everything ? You know, if people start a GFM for others who made crappy choices and lost everything you'd have to cover an awful lot of folks! Personally I consider that to be absolutely ridiculous. The last story I read said something about raising 65 grand already and supposedly that'll get him along a few months. 65 grand for a few months? Nobody sees anything wrong with that either I guess. I'm sure that he'll repay all of that should he ever recover.
Maybe I'm just a cynical bastard but I'll tell you what, sympathy is between shit and syphilis in the dictionary.

I heard his rent was $7000/month. I bet you can rent a trailer in a trailer park for a lot less.

Can someone start a GFM so I can buy a new Porsche GT3RS?

I'm thinking rent isn't Mickey's number one expense, I'm guessing his dealer helped him set up his GoFundMe.

We've become a society that rewards bad behavior and giving handouts instead of hand ups.

that's like this one:

https://www.gofundme.com/f/in-loving-memory-of-pat-goss

Pat Goss was the "head mechanic" for Motorweek since the beginning and ran a (from what I understand) pretty successful repair shop in MD.

So the fucker makes it to 80, drops dead and leaves zero dollars for his family?

Sadly the planet is full of more grasshoppers than ants, yet the grasshoppers are always looking to the ants to save their ass

7k a month isn’t shit because he lives in Los Angeles. Someone suggested he do some Comic shows and do autographs. It would be similar to the character Randy the Ram Robinson. Stay in character get a job at the deli counter.

I think a relative named Mr. Rourke from Fantasy Island can help!

Isn't it the prevailing thought today that it is always the fault of someone else?

According to a complaint, Rourke signed the lease in March 2025 for a monthly rent of $5,200, which was later increased to $7,000.

I wonder when that was done - You can't raise the rent during an existing lease period and I assume he wasn't month-to-month from the start because that would be insane

He’s got to be addicted to cosmetic surgery. Every pic of him, he looks different. I actually saw him at a wrestling match while shooting The Wrestler movie.

That’s about average imo. I live in a 1925 bungalow in PDX. 2100 sq ft with additional 900 sq ft basement. Similar Craftsman Style homes as Pasadena, CA. There are a few homes close to me built in the 1920s that are 10,000 + square ft and homes and 1500 sq ft. It’s a mix. My neighborhood like Pasadena were suburbs of the downtown area (Then).
If I could afford Pasadena, I’d totally live there. Maybe be neighbors with David Lee Roth and Alex.
