How important is it to have the two washers on the outside of the IRS pivot bolt? Is it a big problem if you put one on each side?

| I know they go on the outside, but................is it really that important? I ask because I already put one washer on each side of the bolt. |

yes it's important. they act like a thrust bearing, preventing the arm from working the pivot bolt loose. trust me, i know.

alright thanks guys. I put both washers and the outside, put LOCKTITE on the bolt threads, torgued the bolt, and banged in the little groove on the outside. Hopefully the bolt won't budge!  |
