How important is it to have the two washers on the outside of the IRS pivot bolt? Is it a big problem if you put one on each side?

Thanks.

I know they go on the outside, but................is it really that important? I ask because I already put one washer on each side of the bolt.

yes it's important. they act like a thrust bearing, preventing the arm from working the pivot bolt loose. trust me, i know.

alright thanks guys. I put both washers and the outside, put LOCKTITE on the bolt threads, torgued the bolt, and banged in the little groove on the outside. Hopefully the bolt won't budge! Very Happy
