Does anyone know the exact position of the sill trim ( Samba)
Maybe some pcitures with dimesions.

At ones point I measured the placement of bumper trim... and it was not the same both sides on the same bumper 1/8" difference. I'm sure they were as exact with the sill trim.

As Clara said, it is not consistent. I checked my other Deluxes and they vary by up to 5 mm. I would try to get it centered front to back and approximately in the same location top to bottom.

If you do not have the original rocker trim, remember there are 2 styles, make sure you have the right ones.

I didn't know about the 2 styles, what's the difference it's for a 1961 deluxe European model
