here is a very quick run through.
1 disconnect ebrake and remove tires
2 remove shock
3 disconnect trailing arm from spring plate
4 unbolt torsion bar cover
5 pull off spring plate from torsion bar
6 move spring plate upward then push back on
7 put everything back together

granted this is a crash corse, but it is the general idea.
make sure you adjust both springplates exactly the same or you will have a cooked ride!

MARK THEM FIRST! USE YELLOW PAINT MARKER! That way, when you realize you turned the right side 2 nothches and the left side 3, yo can always go back to stock, and re-adjust.
oh yea, dont go too low, the car will bottom out on EVERY bump and loosen your kidneys. One notch will lower your car plenty (plenty in MY mind, the GFK might think differently) LOL
